So Tsoh Chapter will provide training to any troop Arrow of Light and Cross Over ceremony teams. The ceremony for Arrow of Light and Cross Over is not difficult and if yours is a large Troop and have more then 3 scouts cross over every year to your troop you should have a trained ceremony team.

Every year the District and the Chapter host a Coppell and Irving Cross Over event - check the chapter calendar for the dates. Whenever scheduling permits, the Chapter will do Arrow of Light and cross overs for Packs that are unable to attend the Irving or Coppell events.
